Michelle Williams:
District Secretary
Michelle was born in Houston, Texas.
She moved to Tulsa
at the age of 12.
Michelle is the proud mother of two. Her employment background until
recently
was in the medical field. She was employed at OU-Medical
Center for 10 years and
has spent many
years as the office manager for various Tulsa
physicians.
Michelle is a resident of Tulsa County
and said that she has become aware of the urgent need for everyone to
look at
their impact on this world and to rethink the way we live. She believes
there
is a real need to preserve the many beautiful natural areas located in Tulsa County
due to the realization that Urban Tulsa
County
is continuing to rapidly grow and evolve with fewer and fewer natural
areas
remaining.
Michelle became interested in the
position of District
Secretary because she wanted to learn more about conservation and the
environment. She believes in the passion for conservation and wants to
play a
part in having a positive impact by educating the public. She feels
very lucky
to have gotten this position and looks forward to the new things she
can learn
and pass on to others.
